During this Breathwork journey in Fremantle, Perth you will learn and use a conscious connected breathing pattern. This breathing pattern will support your body to unwind, express and release tension, emotion and old stories; leaving you feeling a sense of clarity, calmness and connection to self.
Over the 2-hour workshop there will be a 60-minute Breathwork journey and ample opportunity to connect, share, reflect and rest (as well as tea and chocolate!) Don't forget your yoga mat, pillow and comfy blanket.
Come breathe in to what your body is holding and carrying. Tend to the parts of you that are tired, afraid, angry, grieving. Reconnect with your vitality, pleasure, passion, and joy. Explore where your breath sits and what it is holding. Listen to your inner wisdom and that of your ancestors. Acknowledge how far you have come, and uncover ways that you can keep going. Connect with the energy and importance of community and collective care. Rest in compassion and peace – for yourself and for others.

Spaces will be limited to just 5. Please bring your own yoga mat, pillow, and comfy blanket. You may also wish to bring along an eye mask or scarf, and a journal and pen.
