In our 1 hour workshops, we cover how to safely jump, vault, balance, climb, swing, and move on all fours, with a focus on play, curiosity, creativity & connection. Wear comfy clothes that allow free movement, and bring along your water bottle and sunscreen. Shoes are optional, however, please be aware that some surfaces will be rougher than others. *Please note that some venues do not have toilets. Location: Kara Playground, Treeby, Perth. Thursday 1pm.

I am an Australian Parkour Association qualified coach with a love for play and movement. I am passionate about sharing and exploring playful ways to move with people of all ages. Parents are always welcome to join in. (That's how I got started!)
