Join me at the Cottesloe Nature Discover Space for this special school holiday Nature Parkour workshop. Together we will learn the foundational movements of Parkour through playful exploration, games and unique body challenges. Suitable for children aged 5-8 years. Please bring water bottles and sun protection. Shoes optional. Please note there are no toilets at this location.

I am an Australian Parkour Association qualified coach with a love for play and movement. I am passionate about sharing and exploring playful ways to move with people of all ages. Parents are always welcome to join in. (That's how I got started!)
